Cancellation and Modification Policy<\/h1>

\u26a0\ufe0f Important:<\/strong> Cancellation conditions vary depending on the number of nights reserved<\/strong> and\/or the number of rooms<\/strong>.<\/p>

1. Reservations for 1 room (stays of 1 to 3 nights)<\/h2>

  • Free cancellation<\/strong>: up to 3 days before arrival<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li>

  • Cancellations with less notice<\/strong>: 50% of the total stay will be charged.<\/p><\/li>

  • No Show<\/strong>: 100% of the total stay will be charged.<\/p><\/li>

  • Modifications<\/strong>: no changes are allowed (neither reduction of nights nor date changes). Only total cancellation is possible, with the corresponding penalty.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    2. Reservations for 1 room (stays of 4 to 6 nights)<\/h2>

    • Free cancellation<\/strong>: up to 8 days before arrival<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li>

    • Cancellations made 7 to 4 days before arrival<\/strong>: 50% of the total stay will be charged.<\/p><\/li>

    • Cancellations within 3 days or less \/ No Show<\/strong>: 100% of the total stay will be charged.<\/p><\/li>

    • Modifications<\/strong>: reduction of the stay to fewer than 3 nights<\/strong> is not permitted.<\/p>

      • If a reduction to fewer than 3 nights is requested outside the free cancellation period, 100% of the original booking amount<\/strong> will be charged.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>

        3. Reservations for 1 room (stays of 7 nights or more)<\/h2>

        • A non-refundable deposit of 20%<\/strong> of the total stay will be required to guarantee the reservation, together with valid credit card details.<\/p><\/li>

        • Cancellations made 30 to 16 days before arrival<\/strong>: the non-refundable deposit + 30% of the total stay<\/strong> will be charged.<\/p><\/li>

        • Cancellations within 15 days or less \/ No Show<\/strong>: the non-refundable deposit + 80% of the total stay<\/strong> will be charged.<\/p><\/li>

        • Modifications<\/strong>: reduction of the stay to fewer than 3 nights<\/strong> is not permitted.<\/p>

          • If a reduction to fewer than 3 nights is requested outside the free cancellation period, 100% of the original booking amount<\/strong> will be charged.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>

            4. Reservations of 2 or more rooms<\/h2>

            (This also applies to bookings made through platforms such as Booking, Expedia, Airbnb, etc.)<\/p>

            • A non-refundable deposit of 20%<\/strong> of the total stay will be required to guarantee the reservation, together with valid credit card details.<\/p><\/li>

            • Cancellations made 30 to 16 days before arrival<\/strong>: the non-refundable deposit + 30% of the total stay<\/strong> will be charged.<\/p><\/li>

                5. Modifications during the stay<\/h2>

                • Stays of 2 to 14 nights and\/or more than 2 rooms<\/strong>: 100% of the reserved stay will be charged.<\/p><\/li>

                • Stays longer than 15 nights and\/or more than 2 rooms<\/strong>: if guests wish to shorten the stay, notice must be given within the first 3 days of accommodation<\/strong>. In this case, 50% of the total reserved stay will be charged, with a minimum of 3 nights<\/strong> always required.<\/p><\/li>

                • Reduction to fewer than 3 nights<\/strong>: if the modification results in fewer than 3 nights, 100% of the original booking amount<\/strong> will be charged.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

                  6. Definition of “No Show”<\/h2>

                  A booking will be considered a No Show<\/strong> when:<\/p>

                  • The guest has not completed the mandatory online check-in<\/strong>, nor contacted the property<\/strong> to inform that they will arrive on a different day than the initial booking date.<\/p><\/li>

                  • The guest has not arrived at the property before 23:59<\/strong> on the scheduled arrival day.<\/p><\/li>

                  • From 00:00 of the following day<\/strong>, the booking will be automatically marked as No Show<\/strong>, and the corresponding penalties will apply (depending on the length of stay and number of rooms reserved).<\/p><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
