In Madridcito, our common area has always been a space of share living and respect. We want to enjoy to the fullest, at morning or mid-afternoon.
Maximum silence: From 11:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m, we ask that you make as little noise as possible and avoid using the common area to respect the rest of other guests.
Reserved space in refrigerators: each room has an assigned space in the refrigerators. Please only use the one that corresponds to you:
Fridge A: rooms 1, 2 and 3
Fridge B: room 4
Fridge C: rooms 5, 6, 7 and 8
Services:
Microwave and kitchen utensils You have a microwave on top of the kitchen furniture. In addition, you have plates, glasses, cups and cutlery at your disposal
Free snacks and coffee Everything you find on the table, such as fresh fruits and snacks, is available to all our guests. Plus, enjoy free coffee in our common area, whether in the morning or mid-afternoon.
Space maintenance We ask for your help to keep the common area clean and tidy. Remember that other guests will use it after you.
Services:
Iron We have an iron available for all our guests. You can take it from the low table in the central area of the common space. Please empty the water tank before returning it, and don’t leave it in your room if you're not using it, as another guest might need it. Thanks for your cooperation!
