We have four rooms of this type, quite similar in size and shape but each one with a decoration that makes it very special. Decoration inspired by the neighborhoods of:
The Letters room- has brass plates that simulate a body of text that evokes fragments of the poems of Calle Huertas.
The Chueca room has vertical slats reminiscent of those trapdoors in the clandestine places that proliferated in this neighborhood.
The Lavapiés room has the typical wooden shutters that can still be seen today in the streets of that neighborhood.
The Malasaña room has the typical friars that blocked the sun from the stately halls of the houses in this neighborhood.
There is no television in the room, don’t waste your time looking for it, better ask us where to go for tapas.
Parties are not allowed and only a maximum occupancy of 2 occupants is allowed in this type of room.
Smoking or vaping is not allowed, even on the balconies. A fine will be charged for breaking the rule.
Noise should be minimized from 11:00 p.m. / 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. / 8:00 a.m. to respect the rest hours.
Energy efficiency
To encourage responsible consumption there are energy baffles in the room.
In this way, the lights and air conditioning will only be activated when you are inside the room with your card
Space not accesible
Due to the characteristics of this building and its historical protection, there are steps inside the room, so unfortunately it has not been possible to make it an accessible space.
On-demand cleaning service
As a general rule, there is no daily cleaning service, nor are towels changed daily. And only for stays longer than 3 nights, this service is performed once for free.
If for any reason you want a cleaning service or change of towels during your stay, let us know and we will do it without any problem. Keep in mind that it has an additional cost.
Neighborhood of the letters
The bohemian neighborhood of the city where art is breathed and poems by great artists of the 20th century are printed on its streets. Huertas street inspired us to decorate this room and give it that literary touch.

Malasaña neighborhood
This neighborhood is many things at once, each of its streets transports you to historic Madrid
even the most trendy, the mix of generations, art, bars, boutiques and nightclubs are a constant discovery in each route. A reflection of this mixture is its Calle Madera, known as the street of trades, where today the artisan coexists with the digital.
Lavapies neighborhood
Considered the most multicultural neighborhood in the city, it has more than 100 registered nationalities in just 115 streets.
A window open to fusion, tolerance and coexistence.
