There is no television in the room, don’t waste your time looking for it, better ask us where to go for tapas.
- Parties are not allowed and only a maximum occupancy of 2 occupants is allowed in this type of room.
- Smoking or vaping is not allowed, even on the balconies. A fine will be charged for breaking the rule.
- Noise should be minimized from 11:00 p.m. / 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. / 8:00 a.m. to respect the rest hours.

Due to the characteristics of this building and its historical protection, there are steps inside the room, so unfortunately it has not been possible to make it an accessible space.
On-demand cleaning service
As a general rule, there is no daily cleaning service, nor are towels changed daily. And only for stays longer than 3 nights, this service is performed once for free.
If for any reason you want a cleaning service or change of towels during your stay, let us know and we will do it without any problem. Keep in mind that it has an additional cost.
