Cancellation and Modification Policy
⚠️ Important: Cancellation conditions vary depending on the number of nights reserved and/or the number of rooms.
1. Reservations for 1 room (stays of 1 to 3 nights)
Free cancellation: up to 3 days before arrival.
Cancellations with less notice: 50% of the total stay will be charged.
No Show: 100% of the total stay will be charged.
Modifications: no changes are allowed (neither reduction of nights nor date changes). Only total cancellation is possible, with the corresponding penalty.
2. Reservations for 1 room (stays of 4 to 6 nights)
Free cancellation: up to 8 days before arrival.
Cancellations made 7 to 4 days before arrival: 50% of the total stay will be charged.
Cancellations within 3 days or less / No Show: 100% of the total stay will be charged.
Modifications: reduction of the stay to fewer than 3 nights is not permitted.
If a reduction to fewer than 3 nights is requested outside the free cancellation period, 100% of the original booking amount will be charged.
3. Reservations for 1 room (stays of 7 nights or more)
A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total stay will be required to guarantee the reservation, together with valid credit card details.
Cancellations made 30 to 16 days before arrival: the non-refundable deposit + 30% of the total stay will be charged.
Cancellations within 15 days or less / No Show: the non-refundable deposit + 80% of the total stay will be charged.
Modifications: reduction of the stay to fewer than 3 nights is not permitted.
If a reduction to fewer than 3 nights is requested outside the free cancellation period, 100% of the original booking amount will be charged.
4. Reservations of 2 or more rooms
(This also applies to bookings made through platforms such as Booking, Expedia, Airbnb, etc.)
A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total stay will be required to guarantee the reservation, together with valid credit card details.
Cancellations made 30 to 16 days before arrival: the non-refundable deposit + 30% of the total stay will be charged.
Cancellations within 15 days or less / No Show: the non-refundable deposit + 80% of the total stay will be charged.
Modifications: reduction of the stay to fewer than 3 nights is not permitted.
If a reduction to fewer than 3 nights is requested outside the free cancellation period, 100% of the original booking amount will be charged.
5. Modifications during the stay
Stays of 2 to 14 nights and/or more than 2 rooms: 100% of the reserved stay will be charged.
Stays longer than 15 nights and/or more than 2 rooms: if guests wish to shorten the stay, notice must be given within the first 3 days of accommodation. In this case, 50% of the total reserved stay will be charged, with a minimum of 3 nights always required.
Reduction to fewer than 3 nights: if the modification results in fewer than 3 nights, 100% of the original booking amount will be charged.
6. Definition of “No Show”
A booking will be considered a No Show when:
The guest has not completed the mandatory online check-in, nor contacted the property to inform that they will arrive on a different day than the initial booking date.
The guest has not arrived at the property before 23:59 on the scheduled arrival day.
From 00:00 of the following day, the booking will be automatically marked as No Show, and the corresponding penalties will apply (depending on the length of stay and number of rooms reserved).
