All guests have the possibility of leaving their luggage in our
common area, but it is very important that they are aware that this is
an open space, unguarded and exposed to other guests.
When leaving your luggage in the common area
you accept the following conditions:
- You must follow all the steps indicated here and notify the
management through WhatsApp. - Luggage must be left in order, in the indicated area and without
obstructing access to the rooms. - When leaving or collecting luggage, maximum silence must be maintained to avoid disturbing other guests.
- The maximum time that luggage can remain in this area of the
accommodation is 8 hours from 11:00 a.m. After this period it will
be taken to the lost and found office of the Community of Madrid. - The guest is aware that this is not a luggage storage service, so
luggage will not be guarded and is exposed to other guests. The
accommodation is not responsible for the partial or total loss,
removal of objects and / or opening of luggage. - This is the only space authorized by the accommodation
management for guests to leave their luggage outside the period
covered by their reservation. If you do not leave it in the indicated
area, it will be removed and taken to the Lost Property Office of
the Community of Madrid.
